hello again, been digging in the old bucket and found this treasure we found here while back and was wanting to know what the thing maybe, sure glad someone has some knowlege of such things sure helps out, thanks for the help.............jack :D

JACK, You have located a Bridle Buckle. There were two on a bridle (one on each side) which led to the bit from the horse reins. Another Horse fixture...Seems as though you have been hunting a farm or located a blacksmith shop......Hope this helped a ( bit )...LOL...
Little Horse Humor there...Very Little......From around the early 30's up to about the late 50's.....Not worth a fortune but a good find.....PAPPY :D :D :D
