unknown item
Hi Pappy,
I was tearing down an interior wall today in an old house and found this item between the walls. It has no markings and I have no idea what it might have been used for.

BOTTLE CAPPER AND CORKER
GREG, You located a Bottle Capper and Bottle Corker from the mid to late 1930's. Nice little find. Worth about $45.00 to $55.00 to the collector. Maybe could get a little more for it at auction.....PAPPY :D :D :D

Hi John,
This was all after tearing down 6 or so walls. I sure did sift through the ruble  I found all kinds of neat things in walls through the years like capguns,old marbles,coins, coin wrappers ans a real old fire cracker that you can see here on the forum somewhere. I'll show it to you when you come over.
