Default Can't find a matching Lincoln Log figure

Found this guy while MD'ing the torn up sidewalks. Made of lead - Lincoln Logs on the bottom but couldn't find a matching image. I'm guessing some WWI or WWII soldier lying in the grass??. Gun seems to be missing though :0)

Trying to determine what exactly the guy looked like off the assembly line.

Lincoln Lead-Kaster

J.L. Wright, Inc. were the makers of Lincoln Logs and Allied Toys, Chicago, IL. This company made single cavity and muliple cavity molds that were hinged and had wire or metal handles. The molds have numbers and typically aged to a grey metal color.

Is all I could find about the Lincoln Log figure. Sorry

Default Soldier

It is of WWI vintage. I used to have one and you are correct that it did have a gun with it at one time. I am in the process of trying to find you a photo of it now. Hopefully I will find one soon.

Thanks pap - at least my suspicions were confirmed. I tried myself on both WWI and WWII and never found a match. Did see a bunch of other figurines though! Really came out of the ground in bad shape. Almost tossed it because there was no detail (encased in brown gunk). Good thing I decided to tumble it and then check it out.
