Default where to get info on this

Hi pappy
i dug this out of an old river bank trash dump, last used during the logging era here in wi., 1880 to 1920 or so.
i can't seem to find any info on it , it took a few months to clean it up and i replaced the iron rivets in the handle. it has a picture of a beaver etched into the side. you got any ideas? thanks for your time

1911d,

here are 2 spots you can try. First: ANTIQUE-SHOP.COM . Try their forums where you can post a pic and inquire. Second is an article on ceramic teapots from WI. in the era: Index to Wisconsin Collector & Antique Articles - Pottery & Stoneware
With that second post look in the left column the first heading is for "Wisconsin History Search." Hope this helps.

Default Find

I'll see what I can do to get information. Usually anything with a beaver engraved on it has to do with the state of PA. I'll let you know when I find out something.
