Default Seaboard Air Line Railroad Tag

Today I used my Tesoro Silver UMax for the first time. Most of what I found was junk but I did find a tag that said:
SEABORD
American Line Railroad
LOCAL
TO BE USED ONLY
ON SEABOARD AIR
LINE RAILROAD

The tag is 1 1/2" wide and 2 3/16" long. There are two slots, one at the top and the other at the bottom. I have searched the railroad but so far cannot find anything about this tag.

I tried to add a photo but did something wrong.

Let me give it another try. There must be a step that is different from the other forums I use.

Looks like a baggage tag. Here's a similar one from another railroad.
