seeing how its only off by a little bit, i dont think its worth much. usually mis-strikes are worth more if they are more severe.

Default Penny

Your's appears to be what they would refer to as a INCOMPLETE CLIP. An incomplete clip is found on otherwise normal appearing coins forming long, rim to rim incused curves in the same location on both the obverse and reverse of the coin. This is caused by an incomplete punch overlapping another punch from the metal strip when punching blanks.
As far as value is concerned, I have NO IDEA. You may want to check in your area at a coin shop and find out if there is anyone around your area that collects error coins.
