Default Any idea on this token?

Pappy I bought this at a rummage sale last year, and I couldn't find anything out about it. The flip side is the same as in the picture. I'm guessing it is just some kind of token commerating the first president, but wondering what year it was made, I don't think it is real old.
Thanks for any info

You know Indy, what is interesting is that it is holed. Which tells me that is was worn as a necklace or to pay for burial as other have pointed out.
That might be older than you think!! Great find at a rummage sale.

Default i dug one

Indy,
Several years back I dug one just like this except it was a pendant. If I remember right it is a commerative token (medallion). I want to say it was from the 1930's

Nice find without the MD

Chris

Hey Indy it is a cool find no matter what it is! I really like it!

I do have a question for you though. In the picture of your Ace up next to the tree. It looks like the Ace is pink? Is it or is it the light, Beale.

Default Item

INDY, I would think that being both sides are the same and that it is holed that it would be some sort of novelty item from the past used as a necklace pendant. Probably from around the late 40's to mid 50's.
