A Toy Copper Mini Cannon?...haha
Hey PAPPY,
Got this today. Reads like a 70's penny. The barrel opening is slightly tapered the last 1/4" and it is not threaded inside. I'm not sure if the top part is threaded where the "seam" is. If it is, it's more than hand tight........imagine that!  Hawk

That is a gun powder measurer for black powder guns. pull the end out counting the lines, each line counts as 10 grains of powder. I use 90 grains in my muzzleloader, so 9 lines. Cool find!
