Are you sure it says "NAME"? In the picture it looks like the "m" is an "n" and is there something after it?

Actually I thought it said "Hands" in cursive.

I'll bet that pumped you up when it came out of the ground!! Nice find. It would make a good retired person's watch.......time doesn't matter.....
