Default Hollow something...

Hi everyone. I found this in an empty field behind our house.

It is hollow, has "Lone Star", "222" and AU01 (date?)

Any ideas? We thought it might be a bird band but there is no way to get the birds foot in it and close it.

It is a little over 1/4" tall and right at 1/4" wide.

Thanks!
Kim

Default Item

Appears to be a Conductor Band from Lone Star Electronics also known as EPN Electronics. AU01 is a DC/DC Converter for different levels of output current at three different input voltages.....PAPPY
