Default Boy scout Badge??????

Hello I found this while hunting an old house in oklahoma. If the pic is hard to see it says S.P.L.CO. 789. I tried to research this on the net with no luck. The only thing I could come up with is Senior Patrol Leader.Any Help on this would be great. Thank You.

Neat find. Could SPL be S_____ Power and Light Co. instead of senior patrol leader? Just a thought.

I know our power company used to be CP&L for Carolina Power and Light. Thought you might have it the same way out there. Let us know if you find out anymore.
