this coin has been in my home for some time and i'm wondering who the person is.

First introduced in 1892 with design by Charles E. Barber. The barber quarter has a composition of 90% Silver and 10% copper with a weight of 6.25 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm.....The image on the quarter is "LIBERTY"...PAPPY
