Default Is this a civil button?

Found this about 10 inches from a 3 ring bullet. It was approx. 4inches down. When I soaked it the middle fell out! Also the back is belveled.
Maybe someone can help!

doesnt appear to be bud, not that I have found any. But I have been lucky enuff to be there when A.J. found all four of his. I'm not quit sure what it is though, it does look CW period.

Looks like an eye-let or a brass washer that would have had a rivet through it. It may have had some leather in it and thats what fell out. Have found these in abundance at camp sites. Can find them on belts, saddles, etc.. I want to see the bullet though!!!!! LOL!!!!

his bullet is in the todays finds. And bullets, I have bullets, I want a dang button or plate!!!
