I found this metal tag and i am wondering if you know about it. It's metal and looks old. It says Victor talking machine company and has VV-XI 162369G on the plate

Yep. I had a RCA VICTOR PHONOGRAPH when I was young. It is an emblem plate from an RCA victor item. Probably from the late 30's to the mid 40's...PAPPY
