Any idea on this compact
Here is compact I found. Pappy was wondering if you have any idea what kind of compact this is and the age. The only thing I can see on it is what looks like...Melba? The inside had glass not sure if it was a mirror or just glass...has a metal round plate inside... It had little sewing pins inside it when I opened it. Not in a big hurry on info... just if you get time to check on this! Enjoy the Christmas holiday!

Compact
PAT, your little compact was a MELBA ROUGE compact acording to the American Pomological Society. It dates between 1917-1923.The glass portion inside was a mirror at one time..Contained "FRUIT SCENTED ROUGE"....PAPPYbanner
