Ideas anyone???
I have been told a few things about this item from something to do with horse racing to an item used for credit. It says on the back
WEBER PGH,PA. I know PGH is for Pittsburgh,Pa. I live about 90 miles north of said city and found this item in my yard.

Placer Chip
DEL, It is a placer chip. Used in the same manner as a poker chip. Used to be when you went to the horse track you could purchase these "chips" and use them to bet on horse races. At the end of the races if you had not used all your chips at the betting station you could trade them back in for cash.....PAPPY
