Default Foreign Coin ID

I found this coin yesterday and all I know about it is it's copper/brass and the 10. I can't read the markings and it doesn't have a numbered date. Any clue to it's origin and date would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You Very Much For Your Time & Feedback,
Happy Hunting, Roger

Default Yen

It is a ten yen coin and would date between 1959 and 1980. Bronze with plain edge. The coin if minted in 1959 in UNC. condition would be worth $15.00 all others in UNC condition between $.15 and $3.00.From Japan....PAPPY

This is confusing! My coin has a seratted edge. Does this mean it was minted later......around the 1980 period?

Thanks Once Again For All The Replies,
Happy Hunting, Roger
