What's Your Thoughts On This Heel Plate?
Hello Pappy ... I found this item last week on an old farm site. I believe it to be a heel tap or plate. It seems to be too small for a man's shoe or boot and looks more likely to fit a ladie's shoe. What's your thoughts on this item?

Heel Plate
From the 1800's era. Possibly a womans heel plate. Will try to look up the design later today and let you know...PAPPY
