Old wooden Firework

Hi Pappy,
Wanted to see if you knew the age and value on this old wooden firework?

I found it in an old attic wall I was tearing down.
It is made of wood with paper around the outside of it.

The name on it is DAY-GO-BOMB
I don't think this was made to explode, I would think it shoots sparks or something.
It still has the black powder inside of it.
I'm thinking of selling it.

GREG, GOOD FIND. Let me know if it has a mfg. name on it anywhere. Appears to be an American Firework Company Firework. Acts like a Star Burst(Shoots into the air then burst into a star shape) Appears to be a wooden base Firework.Mid 1940's to early 1950's. I will send you a PM and let you know someone that deals with these type items and he can fill you in on it. An approx. value would be $70-90.00+
