Token
WILL, The only thing I can tell you about it right at the time is that is from DUNKER'S BAKERY at the CORNER of 27th Street and Ave.F and is a food ration token good for a loaf of bread.
Do these Streets exist in your location? I'll do some research and let you know what I can find out.

DUNKER'S BAKERY 27th. Street and F Ave. Washington D.C...From 1859-1920...It is Now the site of the "GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY".
