Cool New to Forum

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum, have been metal detecting for about a year now mostly beach and sand in southeastern massachusetts. In a years time I have accumulated four metal detectors Whites surf pro PI, Whites prizm IV, Tessoro Vasquez and Garret ACE 250. What can I say I got hooked. Have been detecting every month so far and this weekend we are expecting a Noreaster which should produce some nice cuts in the beach. I will be there saturday. So far in a years time i have found a lot of interesting and some valuble stuff. Happy Hunting all.

Default Welcome Greg!

Always good to have another beach pirate on this forum!
Check out the Olympus Stylus 720SW camera if you are looking for a digital camera. Looks like a regular digital camera but is waterproof to 10 feet right out of the box and shockproof to a fall of 5 feet. Great features if you are planning on taking your camera with you on the hunt.
I hunt to neck deep in the water as a matter of habit and I just keep my Olympus in my loot pouch. If I see something interesting while I'm out hunting I pull out my camera and capture it for my fellow looters. I've had mine with me on dozens of hunts since last summer when I bought it, no problems whatsoever.

Cheers,

BDA
