First ring!
I know it's not worth anything,probably came from a gum machine,but I'll never forget the sight of it when I shook the sand from my seive, and it was laying there.I've finally broken the ice now after many trips to the beach. Take care all,Dave

 I know what you mean. It sure is a rush to see a ring pop up, after seeing trash and coins. It validates that stuff like that is really out there...and you can find it!!! WTG

My first ring was a nitro just like that, .925 with a big CZ.
I was so nervous and happy at the same time that I didn't complete my hunt. What a Rush!
The first ring is like a first love, you never forget it.Check carefully for markings just the same and remember that not all jewellery is marked. What kind of weight does the ring have and what sort of clarity do the stones have. CZ's will cut glass so it's not a good test. Either way, you have found your first ring, Congrats!  Welcome to the next level! BDA
