Default Cz21?

OK here I am working on trying to figure out wich Beach & Water detector I want to get by this coming spring and I get it nailed down to 2 and of course While I'm still banging my head against the wall deciding between the two, I read that Fisher is coming out in Sept. with a CZ21. Now I'm Not familiar with fisher detectors but for a long time I've heard about how great the CZ20 is but they discontinued making them. ( That doesn't sound smart ) So does anyone have any info on this? I would think the sponsors would have heard something or is it just a hopeful rumor on someones part. Any diehard Fisher user know anything?

Default The CZ21 is the new and slightly improved?? version of the venerable CZ20

The CZ20 had a strong following due to it's excellent underwater detecting ability and its lifetime warranty. A detecting buddy of mine owns three of the CZ20's and loves them for the excellent results they deliver and he has some of the nicest loot I've ever seen. If it is an improvement under the newer owners of the Fisher banner then this will be one hot item for water hunters. I'd wait until September/October to find out. It should retail in the same price range as an Excal.

Cheers,

BDA

Default Thanks Bdahunter

I just finished surfing some other forums and from what I get, They were suppose to be out August 18 but moved up to Early Sept. They say they hit a snag with one of their vendors so it may be OCT. BUT they are still shooting for Sept. Well I at least know it's a real deal so looks like I'll wait & see what the reviews on them are. Oh Yeah, From what I saw the one with 8" coil is $999.00 & 10" coil $ 1,149.00. So I read. Thanks Again for the Info. Greatly Appreciated! Now I Won' get any sleep thinking about this new horse that just got in the race.

Hi Tinman, yes First Texas is going to put out a new replacement for the CZ20 and it is the CZ21. The last I heard is the same as you Tinman. I have never used a Fisher water machine and can't give you any insight. I am an authorized Fisher dealer and can get them when they come out. So I will stay in touch with you on this one. Ok I hope your doing well and I was able to get out to do some detecting with the Tesoro Tejon and the 575 HOT coil. It is a great combo. I was in downtown Sweetwater,Tx. and Mr. Tejon just purred right along. I love that setup and if it's there it will tell you! I found a 1952D Wheatie in nice shape that was at least 7" deep. Not a great find but the Tejon will get down there! Ok Tinman I will be chatting with you again soon. God Bless ya my friend and happy hunting!

Default Thanks John

If I do go with the CZ21 it will be closer to Spring cuz of the Price tag on it & I want to give it time to see if the first ones out have any bugs in them. Anyway if I go with the CZ or the Tiger Shark I'll be giving you a Call. Thanks Again! Johns Detectors... WaaaYY Cooool. I'll give you a call soon my Friend.
