got out into the water for about 2 hrs since we had a minus tide. a new beach that i tried (N.J.) was frustrating. It was one of those flat beaches that go out forever so i never even got out past upper knee deep. Seems to be a good fishing place as witnessed by what i scooped. The sand was covering a muck bottom which is good in the sense that i do not think that lost jewelry would sink too deep. Next time that i go here i will use my 3x18" coil.
It is obvious that i have yet to get a relationship going with the Jersey Pixies - it is something that i will work on. donald |

so gordiesgirl the pixies are on vacation - have a good time. wish i had known that before as i might have gone fishing instead! donald |
