still working on the new jersey pixies

got out into the water for about 2 hrs since we had a minus tide. a new beach that i tried (N.J.) was frustrating. It was one of those flat beaches that go out forever so i never even got out past upper knee deep. Seems to be a good fishing place as witnessed by what i scooped. The sand was covering a muck bottom which is good in the sense that i do not think that lost jewelry would sink too deep. Next time that i go here i will use my 3x18" coil.
It is obvious that i have yet to get a relationship going with the Jersey Pixies - it is something that i will work on.

yeah it is some good fishing gear but i already have a bucket full of it. hmmm - perhaps i can find a way to turn lead into gold?
so gordiesgirl the pixies are on vacation - have a good time. wish i had known that before as i might have gone fishing instead!

I have found some of those sinkers myself, they really dinged up loud when I hit on them, thought I had found something good but was quickly disappointed, but you still found some good stuff.

Hmmmmm.....they're being tuff on you! The good part is that you will be able to get a tackle shop started and the waves won't be able to wash you away with all that extra weight!

yes, Steve they are playing hardball. perhaps it is because i went to jersey. i have enough sinkers to sell to the mafia - hmmm - perhaps i should just give them to them.
