According to Steve's wife, who sent me the pic, Snowball in the picture weighed 57 lbs. She thinks he's closer to 50 lbs. now having been put on a diet. (apparently the small dog population in Steve's neighbourhood dropped dramatically until the neighbours learned to keep their small dogs inside at night when Snowball likes to prowl)
There are bigger house cats out there, Pappy but I'd bet Snowball holds the record for PR! A mate of mine had a cougar as a pet but the city made him give it to a zoo when it ate a German Shepard.
