Default Great day!

Went researching for a new beach but found out it was in a Federal Reserve and they don't permit detectors.

Oh, well. The secenery was pretty so I decided to stop by the lighthouse that was the first to see the American invasion force in 1898. It needs a little TLC but otherwise, it's in a great location!

The other view is near the lighthouse looking out towards the Caribbean, where the American ships were.

I found a friend near the beach. He's about 3 feet long.

And I found gold!

16.9 grams of 14 Karat! A very lucky day!

Awesome photo's Steve.I've just about forgotten what blue skys and water looks like ! My buddy had an Iguana as a pet. I asked him if he bites and he told me no so I reached over to pet it and the darn thing latched onto my finger !

Great pics Steve, I'm ready to hop a plane. Also a great gold find .

I had an Iguana years ago, never bit me but smacked me a few times with that tail
