Default Wish me luck!

I'm gonna bring home something today. I'm gonna get this season started by busting a few holes through frozen sand. I'll post any finds later. Jason

Better then I expected. First treasure hunt of the year nets a whopping .64 cents. That frost turns sand into cement. It was tough busting it up. I decided to walk to a nearby island and I'm glad I did. I see great potential there for good finds. Over a mile of walking and the wind slowed my pace a bit. 31 degrees to start with, it feels close to 40 now. It was hard work but I did it. I'm not sure if you can see it in the picture or not but one of the quarters got blasted. I accidently hit it with the wedge i was using. I still can't wait to feel that sand scoop glide through the sand. Maybe i'll do it again next week. Jason
