when water hunting the Gulf and for that matter on Both Coasts..
Shuffle your feet when you walk... Last thing you want is a Sting-Ray Hit... will you be hunting the Dry Sand or in the water?

Mostly dry sand but I might try some shallow water too.

Make sure you wear sunblock,i burnt like a piece of bacon lol ...some of the beach hunters that use the ace might give you some info on settings..good hunting and enjoy ..........creek

I too have never been beach detecting. Tenn is slim on them...but sounds like it would be a blast....Good luck...looking forward to your post!
