Big Bill,

You and Sheri would be the first people to step up to the plate and help someone else if you saw the need. Family helps family - pure and simple. You said that "saying thank-you would never be enough". It is enough, my friend.

Your posts that I've read on this forum prove to me that your priorities are God, family and friends, making it a privilege to know you - even though we've never met personally.

By the way (Greg or Dave) if I should be fortunate enough to win the drawing, please send the metal detector to Lil' Sam - he really should have his own machine to go huntin' with his Daddy.

Shawn

Hello,
I am just learning about this, been offline for a little bit. Is it to late for me to join in? I can send $10 in the mail on monday. I work with kids, so they have a special place in my heart. How old are Sammy and Thomas just to be curious?

I will make it a habit to come in here everyday from now on, so as to not get left behind. Thank You.

Shawn, could not be said any better and I agree with you and join you in the request that If I should win I would like Lil sammy to get the detector so he can go dirt diggin with his parents and the thought of that is far more precious than getting it for oneself. Hats off to you Shawn.
Hey Doc I can do another $25.00 but can't send it out till Mon. So if ya want to count that, I,m in for $25.00 more. :christmaswindow:

Hey XL,

I don't know if your donation will make it to Greg by Friday's mail coming from Alaska, but I think it would. Even if you miss the drawing Friday night, your gift will still be a real blessing.

As far as their ages I think I read 7 & 9??? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Welcome back XL, I look forward to your future posts!

Dave

Yup Big Bill, a thank you is enough. And I wanna echo EPC Guys sentiment. If I happen to win a detector I want it to go to Little Sam as well. JC White.
