In Defense of Country Folk (Rednecks)
You all city folks always like to make fun of us country folks. You know those trailers we live in. Some of us actually own them! And all those cars parked in the yard, we own them too! Yep, well get around to fixen them someday. Right now I'll set on my portch, POP have a beer, and think about it. Let's see that old 62 Impla has a good engine. Only burnt 2 quarts of oil every hundred miles. Tranny no good though, have to take it out of that old 64 mercury, should fit both made by Ford. Have to take the tires off the trailer.... Hey Mable bring me another beer, I'm woorking up a thirst thinking about fixin these old cars. POP, slurp, beeeeeelch. Yep, I'll get around to it someday.
Them trout I'm holdeh in the picture weighed 10.5 and 6.5 pounds. I caught them one right after the other. No I didn't use dynamite, I used worms! |
