Things Are Getting Better ...

or so it seems. I found a couple of silver coins (a '64 Quarter and a '61 Dime) on a short hunt last Sunday. I went out to one of my old farm sites Monday afternoon and found some nice whatnots ( a 1942 dog vaccination tag, a couple of nice buttons, and a few other household thingies) but no coins. This morning I talked with a local farmer about mding some of his properties (at least 5 old abandoned farm houses) and got his permission. I am certainly looking forward to hunting these sites very soon ... hope to have some decent keeper finds from these to post for all to see!
