bottle id and value round 3

Hi Pappy,

Here are few more bottles that I've found over the years. Could you please tell me a little something about them?

1st two pics are of a small bottle about 2 -3 inches high that I found buried in a corn field while looking for projectile points. I didn't find any points but did find a lot of potsherds.

Next three pics are of a bottle I think might be whats called a demijohn?, I picked this one up at a yard sale.

The last three pics are of a soda or beer bottle I picked up with the demijohn. It appears to have been made in pieces. glass is wavy and bubbly and the last pic shows (poorly) what appears to be a seam mark where the neck and shoulder were attached to the bottom of the bottle?
