Any ideas? ....Sorry, no photo's...
About 2 weeks ago my father inlaw stopped over to see his granddaughter
(my daughter) and gave me some old bottles he had found along his property in Harford, Pa.
Sorry I don't have any pics to post, but I was hoping some die hard bottle collector (s) might have an idea on these.
One is a typical half pint milk, 2 look like they might be maby medicine, although one of em is about 6" and the other is 4" and a bit thinner.
There are two more that I'm wondering about more than the one's I described. These are longgg. One is a foot or more and the other is even longer. Both clear. The lip of the mouth on the two are kinda out of wack. Like, they were still kinda soft and didn't take the correct round shape. They both also have a few air bubbles in em'. On the bottom of one there is like a overlapped uneven circle with a line that runs off the circle. And the circle(s) is more to one side of the bottle, rather than be in middle like you'd think. The other bottle, the longest, has what looks like another circle, but with what looks like "186" in the middle. The weird thing is the "1" looks more cleaner, or straighter than the "86" wich looks like someone made with a pencile or somthing while the glass was still hot.
Sorry, thats the best I can do. The other bottles had markings and numbers also. If anyone thinks they know or needs the other markings let me know. Thanks for any help. - Dave
