Locking coller on 3300?

Is there suposed to be a locking coller on the BH 3300? Mine doesnt have one. If there is where would i get one?

The 3300, 2200, don't really have a locking collar there is always a bit of play.

The shaft end. I really didnt notice it much untill i got a 10in mag coil for it. I thought i read somewhere that you can still get them. I call today and post what i find.
