1900 Morgan Dollar...adjustment strike?
Check the 1900 Morgan dollar in this listing (230106001104) on eBay.
I didn't notice how lightly struck it was until after I'd listed it. Almost all of the peripheral stars and lettering on the left side of the obverse are nearly gone, though the denticles are still present. The main device on the obverse of the 81-O is far more worn....but the peripheral designs are far more prevalent. Weird.... Wyatt Last edited by Wyatt Earp; 03-19-2007 at 12:18 PM.
