Default clad worth saving?

I've got maybe 30-40 dollars in clad from the 70-80's,some bicentenial halves, quarters , some dollars , all circulated coins and all clad.Do ya think I should cash it in ? I was thinking of cashing it in then maybe buying a nice coin or two if I can get a good deal on bidding ebay. I;ve bought a couple of morgans for about $15 ea.in AU and BU cond,I could buy a couple more.Yikes I might be getting hooked on the bidding on ebay thing!lol.

If you dont need the cash for gas right now, a few Morgans could very well be a good investment.........That might thought

The best use of clad I can think of is repairs/upkeep for your detector or a kitty for the investment in a new and better detector. Buying a Morgan is pretty kewl but finding your own is even Kewler. There's something about loot that you found yourself that makes it Special.

Cheers,

BDA

Hey Elvis a Morgon is the "Name" for a very nice older Silver Dollar. The reason it is a good investment? Well silver goes up, but a Morgan is no longer made. These range in value depending on many factors. I have 1 and plan on keeping it. If I could afford it I might by a few myself, Beale.
