Default 20 Francs 1856a

John, Your 20 FRANCS 1856A in FINE Condition which yours appears to be is worth approx. $140.00 on today's market. Maybe a little more according to the Standard Catalog of World Coins. There were 17,303 minted with the raised edge lettering such as yours. The engraver was T.Wyon Jr. EXTRA FINE CONDITION would fetch you approx.$200.00 on today's market...PAPPY
