The first picture is a foot bridge in a central Florida environmental area.
The second picture is the departure dock for an island tour in Phuket Thailand Both were taken with simple point and shoot fuji digital cameras.

I agree with Chuck..
May have been taken with a point and shoot camera but they are composed well and that makes a difference. They are both photographs not just snapshots. Well done.
