newbie
I just purchased a Canon S3 IS 6 MEG-PIX - 12 Optical. I went from a Kodak Easy Share DX4330 to the Canon. WOW! what a difference.
We wanted a camera that would reach out and take telescopic Photos that would still be in focus. I also wanted a macro and this camera has a macro,plus a super macro that has a distance from target to lens of 0 cm to 10cm, which I never heard of. I will be anxious to try that feature out. Of course it took 2 days to learn how to turn it on.  The second evening of swearing Iread the manuals. Anyway it will be interesting and I will try and do some posting when I something to post.
