Just have this one to toss out so far.
#1 old cabin North of Turquoise Lake (West of Leadville, CO). I wonder what life was like inside that window...Mining operation was just across and up small valley from this site.

Very nice area. Been to Leadville and Turquoise lake a few times. It's a beautiful place.

P.S. We have 4-wheeled thru most of the mountians in Colorado mostly in the St Elmo area. I have often wondered if it's legal to MD around the old mine sites you pass on the trails. My guess is , probably not, I assume they are protected and they should be. I'll bet Chuck is qualified to answer this question. Sounds like he knows Colorado pretty well.
Whata-ya think Chuck?
