Pc#16 - #1, #2, #3
Okay, here are my entries. I just came back from Portland, OR and was able to visit their test rose gardens. They were absolutely beautiful. Not everything had bloomed, yet but there was plenty to see...and smell! We also took a drive through the rain forest over to Tillamook for some CHEESE. Delicious and might I suggest their squeeky cheese. It's only squeeky for a few hours, then it's just regular ol' cheese.
My first photo is from the test garden and it's of some buds just ready to bloom. I took all of these in the macro setting of my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W7. My second photo was taken in the rain forest on the way to Tillamook My third photo was also taken in the test garden. This one smelled delightful. I enjoyed my travels immensely, but didn't have any time to MD. Maybe next time... HH ~ Last edited by pris; 10-27-2007 at 02:31 AM.

Photo #1 Peruvian Lilies taken with a Nikon 990.
Photo #2 A Rose by any other name is a rose.. Nikon 990 Photo #3 Sunflower backlit by the sun.. Nikon 990 I'm not in the running so these are submitted for the fun of it. Lots of really good entries in this challenge, glad your the judge Jeff and not me.. This is going to be a tough one.. Good luck to everyone.. Two Dogs.
