PC # 17 "Wildlife" WIN somethin realy cool !!!!!
Subject for this one is "Wildlife" NO "detectorist's gone wild" please !
 I would like to see some Photos of the critters that live wild in your area.There will be a prize for 1'st place ! I have to think on it for abit and will post it here later. I'm going to go with a very clear theme this time around. These are photos from a project I'm working on -- a photo guidebook of the lizards of New Mexico. Some of these go back a few years, but they're still some of my favorites.
#1: Phyrnosoma douglassii, Short-horned lizard #2: Uta stansburiana, Side-blotched lizards, female in front, male in back. #3: Gambalia wislizenii, Longnosed leapord lizard Hope you all enjoy!

challenge 17 wildlife
Hello all,
Here is a photograph for entry in the wildlife category. I was working in California a few years back collecting stream invertebrates when I happened to spot this hummingbird flying around. It buzzed me a few times before settling on the nest where I snapped this shot.
