Default PC#21 Bridges

Ok, I'm sorry this took so long but I've been in Florida metal detecting the beaches like crazy with very little luck. While returning to the airport in Tampa I passed over the spectacular Sunshine skyway bridge. This came to mind when I was mulling over themes for the next contest. I'll think of some prize I'm sure but my brain is not working that hard yet.

So the topic is BRIDGES and the final entry will be at midnight on Sunday August 12.

Let the games begin!!!

I'm thinking this theme is not too popular???? Should I change it???? I decided to offer up a coin as a prize....it will be a surprise coin.

What happened to the entry that was here???

Julie, great shots. I agree I"m taken with #2. I like the way the rainbow echos the shape of the bridge.

Chuck, your first shot is so clear. what an amazing feat of engineering huh?

Default Pc#21 -#1,#2, #3

I used an Olympus C-4000Z 4.0 mp camera with a Clear UV filter.

JUST SOME COMMENTS MT: HERE ON THE DIGITAL CAMERA FORUM WE LIKE TO CREATE PHOTOGRAPHS OR PHOTOS, AND NOT TAKE PICTURES OR SNAPSHOTS. CREATIVITY IS THE OPERATIVE WORD IN PHOTOGRAPHY. I ALSO TOOK THE LIBERTY OF COPYING AND CROPPING YOUR HOOVER DAMN PHOTO, TO ELIMINATE SOME OF THE "CLUTTER" AND BETTER FOCUS ON THE BRIDGE AND DAMN. THANK YOU FOR PARICIPATING, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO MUCH MORE PARTICIPATION.

Photo #1 :

This shot is of downtown Pittsburgh,Pa Looking at the famous 3 rivers which are the Ohio,Allegheny,Monongahela. The stadium on you left is Heinz field.

Photo #2:
