Romaine lettuce has great contours....the other two are back-up...did the rules say they had to be fresh?????

NO THE RULES DIDN'T SAY FRESH. WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THINGS LIKE CAMERA USED WHEN SUBMITTING, AND ANY PROCESSING DONE TO ORIGINAL PHOTO THOUGH. ALSO PLEASE CHECK THE CORRECTIONS I MADE TO THE TITLE LINE FOR PHOTO CHALLENGES.

Still life has never been my forte...but if you're gonna be a photographer, I guess you have to consider all arenas!

These three were shot with the Canon Digital Rebel, both in my back yard, and at a Farmer's Market.

Cool pic of the pumpkins, GordiesGirl! That reminded me of the only photo of vegetables I think I have on my computer. Not the best quality but it was a fun time with my wife and boys at the pumpkin patch....perfect day for it as well!

(P.S. - Never entered the photo challenge before - any specific rule besides just posting a photo that matches the category?)

We used to visit the pumpkin patches when we lived in Ma. Love your photo. Brings back memories. Each Photo challenge has the rules posted on day 1 and pretty much as you said match the subject you should try it. Good luck and thanks

Thanks, I just had to add some creativity to this one. I use a Sony Digital Mavica and photo #1 is the only one I edited (for brightness and contrast) since using a flash washed out the color. Joe
