Backyard visitor
Just had to go snap a quick pic of this mother. She's been gathering sunflower seeds under my bird feeders all summer -- stuffing her cheeks to the max -- and at this point has clearly been trying to keep some hungry younguns fed. The other day, it was her (a Rock Squirrel) fending off a couple Abert's Squirrels, and a hord of Least Chipmunks to get the best scraps knocked over by the over-zealous hord of birds.
