Photo Challenge # 25 "Older dogs"
The theme of the Photo Challenge #25 will be "Older Dogs"
I selected this theme in memory of Rip's good friend "ole Bart" Post entries as a reply to this thread. Deadline for submissions will be 10:00 PM Tuesday, September 25. I'm also throwing in the prize that I won for my submission in PC #24. I already have a battery charger and don't really need a second. Prizes will be a 2008 Whitman's Red Book of coin values, a 2004 American Eagle (sorry, silver not gold) and the Battery Charger with 4-NiMh batteries, car & mains power supply. Good Luck Everyone!

Thanks minelabman.Bart had a good buddy named chalupa who is also gettin up there in age.I'll have to get some of him.Wish i had some of the two of them together A saint bernard and a chihuaua ! I wish i had a camera the day i jumped in my car and headed home,I looked in the rearview and there sat chalupa in the back with a big grin on his face ! I swear that dog actualy grins !

Hi Beale, I'm thinking older dogs because as a dog lover I'll have alot of trouble picking any, but if we threw in those cute little adorable puppies, it would be "Mission Impossible" for me. They don't have to necessarily be old, just older, past the puppy years. Hope that helps.

i dont usually post in these, but i'll give this one a shot. this is our yellow lab, maggie. she's about 7 or 8. im not really good at taking pics, but here ya go!!

Hey Rip, dogs definitely grin, I mention going to somewhere to mine, and her face lights up with a big grin, my wife and I have to spell things in front of her. Chalupa and Bart remind me of my daughter's Miniature Schnauzer and our Maggie playing together.
Thanks for the post grasshopper, she looks like a sweetheart, Labs are great dogs, my dog is a Black Lab and Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who'll be 8 years in Dec. and named Maggie also!
