Hello, I work with and have the wonderful experience of being with Elderly people on a daily basis. Therefore I would like to see your Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Neighbors, and friends.
Please post them all here on this thread by Oct.7, 2007 at 6:00 pm East.

The prize will be a $ 25.00 money order so you can share a dinner with your winning senior.

First let me say that I think the subject of the challenge is a good one .

Next a note of caution ,,be sure and get permission (even from a family Member ) when posting pictures of actual people on the internet !!

Remember once posted they become accessable by millions of people .and a simple click and save puts them on any computer.

I am not entering this in the contest, but I think so much of it, I had to share it with y'all. I didn't take the photo.
This is my Great Grandmother that lived in Lewis County, KY. Every time I look at it, I see the hard years they must have gone through.
I remember as a kid going to visit her.

BBQ, I do consider this an entry. Thank you. To look in the face of your Great grandmother, what a beautiful woman the stories she could tell us. You can see in her eyes she lived a proud life. thats what I am looking for.

After seeing BBQ's entry - I don't know how I could top it (though I'm sure it will be joined by some excellent photos). They say a picture tells a thousand stories - I can almost hear some of the ones your Great Grandmother has to tell.

Excellent choice for a challenge gordiesgirl...I think you've definitely got your work cut out for you!
