quick coin closeups
Always trying to save a buck, I was experimenting with coin closeups for
ebay sales. These two were taken for this thread. A 5x jewelers loupe fixed over a standard lens on a kodak easy-share camera. You can hit macro, flash off, wait for focus, steady hand, and take several shots. You can use different background paper or texture, coupled with lighting configurations both inside and outside till you get what you want in a photo. I am no photogragher, just enough to get by. The halo can be as bright or soft as you want. and the perimeter blackout the same. Easy and cheap, cheap, cheap....

That seems like a great way to photo your coins and things.. Im a serious amatuer when it comes to still photos..
