Mt Helens and Mt Hood
Was pretty clear enough today I got a few good shots of Mt Helens and Hood today. They are about 50 miles from my place and on a really clear day make for a spectacular sight. Wasn't the clearest out today but good enough you can see what we enjoy from around us.

I can't imagine seeing those beautiful mountains everyday...around here all I see are cornfields and an occaional hill or two !!

Thanks DiDi, we haven't been to Lincoln City in 3 years. Infact, we haven't been to the coast in 3 years. We lived in Seaside for 2 years and then got transferred back up here to Gresham. I used to Crab and clam 2-3 days a week behind the Seaside High School. The beach was only 1/2 mile from the Complex we managed down there and the river was 1/4 mile away for salmon fishing. Miss that place everyday.
