Looks like a winner! Some of my favorite hunts are those old farm houses. Doesn't look super old, but I'd expect some awesome finds there. You already have permission secured?

Took the picture on the way back from Reno last week. Didn't really check to see who owns the property, was on the way home and just happened to see it. Not much use detecting right now, ground is frozen and just a little stiff. Got permission to detect a ranch about a mile away from me. Lots of can/bottle dumps, old camp sites but can't even get a screwdriver in the ground right now.
I'll be back next spring, got the whole place to myself. If I find anything of interest or value I give it to the local museums any way and the people whos families have owned these ranches forever respect that.
